Refund Policy

1.The guarantee

If ClipVault isn't for you for any reason, email support@clipvault.store within 30 days of purchase. You'll get a full refund — usually within 24 hours.

2.How to request a refund

  1. Email support@clipvault.store from the address you used to purchase.
  2. Include your Stripe receipt number (in the delivery email we sent you).
  3. That's it. No questionnaire. No retention call. No reason required.

3.What happens to your downloads

Once a refund is processed, your download access is revoked. Any clips you already downloaded are yours to keep — we won't come after them.

4.Edge cases

  • Bought it more than 30 days ago? Email us anyway. We handle late refunds case-by-case and are usually generous.
  • Chargeback? Skip the chargeback and just email us — it's faster for both of us. Chargebacks block your account from future purchases.
  • Reseller tier and resold the clips already? A refund cancels your resell license going forward — past sales you've made are yours to honor.
