1.The guarantee
If ClipVault isn't for you for any reason, email support@clipvault.store within 30 days of purchase. You'll get a full refund — usually within 24 hours.
2.How to request a refund
- Email support@clipvault.store from the address you used to purchase.
- Include your Stripe receipt number (in the delivery email we sent you).
- That's it. No questionnaire. No retention call. No reason required.
3.What happens to your downloads
Once a refund is processed, your download access is revoked. Any clips you already downloaded are yours to keep — we won't come after them.
4.Edge cases
- Bought it more than 30 days ago? Email us anyway. We handle late refunds case-by-case and are usually generous.
- Chargeback? Skip the chargeback and just email us — it's faster for both of us. Chargebacks block your account from future purchases.
- Reseller tier and resold the clips already? A refund cancels your resell license going forward — past sales you've made are yours to honor.
