1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ClipVault website at clipvault.store and all digital products sold through it (the "Service"). By purchasing from or using ClipVault, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Products & Delivery

ClipVault sells digital clip libraries as one-time purchases. After a successful payment, you will receive a download link via email. All files are delivered digitally — no physical products are shipped. You are responsible for downloading and storing your files after purchase.

3. License & Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the clips for:

• Personal and commercial content creation (social media, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Client work and freelance projects
• Reselling as part of your own digital product or bundle

You may not redistribute or resell the raw, unmodified clip files as a standalone product. The clips must be incorporated into your own content or product.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. ClipVault does not store your payment card details — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at support@clipvault.store within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, website content, design, and original material on clipvault.store are the property of ClipVault. The clip files included in our library are licensed for your use under the terms described in Section 3. This license does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Redistribute raw clip files as a standalone competing product
• Misrepresent your relationship with ClipVault

8. Limitation of Liability

ClipVault is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClipVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or the clip files. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
