Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of clipvault.store and all digital products sold through it. By purchasing or using ClipVault, you agree to these Terms.

ClipVault sells digital clip libraries as one-time purchases. After successful payment, you receive a secure download link via email. All files are delivered digitally — no physical products are shipped.

Your license depends on the tier you purchased:

• Single Niche & Full Vault — non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license for personal and commercial content creation (your own channels, client work, freelance projects).
• Reseller — all of the above, plus full resell rights: you may package and resell the clips as your own digital product or bundle.

Single Niche and Full Vault licenses do not permit redistributing the raw clip files as a standalone competing product.

All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. We do not store payment card details — Stripe handles them under PCI-DSS standards.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email support@clipvault.store within 30 days for a full refund. No questions. See our full refund policy.

All branding, website content, design, and original material on clipvault.store are the property of ClipVault. Clip files are licensed for your use under Section 3 — license does not transfer ownership of the underlying IP.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Redistribute raw clip files as a standalone competing product (unless you hold a Reseller license)
• Misrepresent your relationship with ClipVault

ClipVault is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClipVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
